Two ways in. A pass for the case on your desk, or an annual license for the practice that sees charitable remainder unitrusts frequently.

Roughly 75,000 charitable remainder unitrusts are active today, with new trusts forming at a steady ~1,800 a year. In the last IRS benchmark, the average unitrust held roughly $900,000. A seven-figure decision. A $325 screen.

Every advisor has a view. You'll have the number: what the trust is projected to add for this client, or cost them, in dollars.

Nothing stored — client inputs exist only to render your PDF.

What you're paying for

The screen informs your judgment. It does not replace it.

Every report runs your client's actual facts — basis, ages, payout structure, the benchmark they would otherwise follow — through 10,000 simulated paths and shows where the case is projected to land. Some clients come out ahead; many don't. When a structure is projected to trail the client's own alternative, the screen surfaces that before the recommendation is made — not after.

What counts as a report. Each generated PDF counts as one report — including re-runs of the same client with changed inputs. Your remaining count is shown in the app.

Licensing. Each license covers one named individual user. Credentials may not be shared; signing in on a new device ends the previous session.
